Blue Springs Cafe is home to the foot high pies that may not be quite a foot high, but they are close enough and are served in very generous portions. Now it's not always quantity that wins the race, but the quality definitely keeps up with the ladder. The pies are delectable and unforgettable.

The meatloaf is full of "onion-y" flavor, the mash potatoes are exquisite and the overall portions are more than enough to question if you can even handle a foot high pie once you're done.
