Mr. Williams joined Central Realty in August 1997 as an intern and quickly gained more responsibility. In 1998, Mr. Williams received his real estate license and began working on special projects, including the sale of commercial property, cash flow analysis and acquisitions.
In 1999, Mr. Williams designed and built Central Realty's information network. This network continues to grow today. Presently Mr. Williams balances supporting Central Realty's data infrastructure with being a active member of the sales/acquisitions team.
Central Realty has grown since its formation in 1996 to become a leading Midwest retail property services company. Central Realty currently services a portfolio of shopping centers in eight mid-western states. Central Realty’s portfolio of managed and leased properties is currently valued in excess of $200,000,000.
